Dear River Club Property Owners,
I hope this letter finds you well. Please join us for our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clubhouse where we’ll discuss several important updates regarding our community.
Throughout 2024, our Roads Committee conducted extensive research and met with several engineering firms to assess the condition and best course of action to repair our roads. They have a recommendation that will be presented at the annual meeting.
The Covenants Update Committee has completed their review and proposed revisions to our community covenants. We will discuss the update process and timeline at the upcoming meeting.
Regarding the ongoing contractor dispute, we continue to pursue legal action against the asphalt contractor. A full update on this matter will be provided at the annual meeting.
I’m pleased to announce that Sentry Management will be taking over property management duties for The River Club. You should have received a postcard or two introducing them. We are excited about the level of service they can provide and their experience in community management will be a big asset. You will receive your 2025 annual assessment invoice from Sentry Management soon. The annual assessment for 2025 is $785 and will be due 15 days after the invoice date.
Please mark your calendars for the Annual Meeting, where we’ll discuss these important issues, review our financials, and approve the 2025 board slate and budget.
